Do I need a chimney or flue?
Bio-ethanol fireplaces do not need a chimney or flue. They burn clean liquid fuel, so you mainly need a suitable wall or floor position and a well-ventilated room.
Are these fireplaces suitable for flats or rented homes?
Yes, many customers install wall-mounted or freestanding models in flats and rented properties. Always follow the installation instructions and check your tenancy agreement if needed.
What fuel do I need to buy?
You only use liquid bio-ethanol fuel designed for fireplaces. No gas, no wood, no coal. We can recommend typical UK suppliers if you need help.
How much heat do I get?
Bio-ethanol fireplaces give real flame and noticeable heat, but they are best as an additional heat source and for ambience, not a full replacement for central heating.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We send our fireplaces by tracked courier across most of the UK. Send us your postcode and model of interest and we will confirm delivery cost and lead time.

Shipping & delivery
- We use tracked courier services for deliveries across most of the UK mainland.
- Standard dispatch time is usually 2–5 working days after payment, once stock has arrived in the UK.
- Some remote locations (e.g. Highlands, islands) may require a small delivery surcharge or a longer lead time – we will confirm this with you before shipping.
- You will receive confirmation once your order has been booked with the courier, including tracking details where available.
- Please check the packaging on delivery and report any visible transport damage to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours.
Returns & cancellations
- You can change your mind and request a return within 14 days from the day you receive the fireplace.
- Products must be unused, not filled with fuel, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can help arrange a courier quote if needed.
- If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, we will work with you to repair, replace or refund it in line with UK consumer rules. In these cases we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
- Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
